The All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd., also known as ANA or Zennikkū is an airline in Japan. Its headquarters are located in Shiodome City Center in the Shiodome area of Minato ward of Tokyo. It operates services to both domestic and international destinations.
I was one of two shooters who were brought to Tokyo, Japan to shoot and direct four short stories for ANA. One was a Chef of the airline company; another was a flight attendant for ANA. One of the other two subjects were Sebastian Masuda who shared a large helping hand in creating the culture of “Kawaii.” A world-wide culture of goth mixed with cuteness. The last short was a visual effects designer for teamLab Borderless. A massive building filled with with interactive art from many artists in the company, one of the very first to do this. I spent two weeks in Japan having the time of my life, filming, shooting. Getting to dive into the culture and meet some really interesting characters. When the trip was over, the footage was reviewed. I felt pure joy from how creative and beautiful the stories and visuals were on all four subjects. It was one of the most refreshing projects I had the pleasure of working on. This day of rejuvenation is January 6th 2020. One month later, the world would shut down. These shorts were sadly never released.

Japanese artist, art director, and producer of the Harajuku shop 6%DOKIDOKI. Born in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. He has been active from 1995 to current day.
